Andy Kelleher is a London-based film director whose work explores class, family, identity and contemporary urban life through intimate, character-driven storytelling.

His debut feature, Second Spring, received a UK theatrical release and international distribution, earning critical acclaim including four-star reviews from The Guardian and The Arts Desk. He is currently developing his second feature, Detour, and completing Outcast, an original television crime drama pilot.

Second Spring (2021)

Second Spring is an intimate feature drama exploring the fragility of identity and the emotional consequences of illness. Shot on Super 16mm and 35mm, the film received a UK theatrical release and international distribution, earning critical acclaim for its restrained performances and observational approach to storytelling.

Out of His Own Light (2014)

A BFI-commissioned feature documentary exploring the work and legacy of filmmaker Alan Clarke. Premiered at BFI Southbank in 2014.
